What is your shipping policy?
NAYLA provides free ground shipping via FedEx SmartPost for all U.S. orders. Customers will receive their orders in 2-5 business days, depending on their location.
West Coast: 4-5 days
Midwest: 2-3 days
East Coast: 2-3 days
Florida & Georgia: 1-2 days
These delivery timelines only apply to addresses in the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico - we're working on it! We also do not offer international shipping at this time. If you live outside of the U.S. and are interested in NAYLA, let us know so we can keep you in mind as our business continues to grow. :)
How do I track my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking info.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, we're unable to change it. We're sorry about that!
What is your return policy?
NAYLA offers free returns within 15 days of delivery date. Please note that all items must be unworn and secured in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject a return that does not meet our requirements.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. In order to exchange for a new item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
